International Shipping

Maitree Samooh currently ships orders only within India. We do not offer international shipping. However, international buyers can place orders for delivery within India, either for themselves or as gifts.

Domestic Shipping

We strive to deliver your orders promptly and securely within India. Below are our domestic shipping policies:

• All orders are shipped through reputable domestic courier companies or India Post (Speed Post).
• Orders are typically processed and delivered within 7 working days, or as per the delivery date agreed upon during order confirmation.
• Maitree Samooh is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment to the courier or postal service within the stipulated time frame.
• If you notice that the packaging is tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept the package. Kindly inform our customer care team immediately with your order reference number. We will make every effort to arrange a replacement delivery at the earliest.

Delivery Address

All orders will be delivered to the registered address provided by the buyer during checkout. Please ensure that the address provided matches the billing address associated with your credit/debit card, unless otherwise specified at the time of order.

Delivery Charges

Maitree Samooh does not offer free delivery. Standard delivery charges apply to all orders, and the exact amount will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (C-o-D)

Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) is not available for orders placed through our website.
